Youth Strength Training
YST is a 2-session program designed to introduce youth members to the basic foundations of strength training. This program includes written and practical testing.
Learn the major muscles of the body.
Learn weight training exercises, proper gym etiquette and safety techniques.
Earn the privilege of being in our Cross Training Rooms.
Ages: Ages 12 & 13 are required to pass for access to our Cross Training Rooms. 14 & up are encouraged to participate.
