Youth Strength Training

YST is a 2-session program designed to introduce youth members to the basic foundations of strength training. This program includes written and practical testing.

  • Learn the major muscles of the body.

  • Learn weight training exercises, proper gym etiquette and safety techniques.

  • Earn the privilege of being in our Cross Training Rooms.

Ages: Ages 12 & 13 are required to pass for access to our Cross Training Rooms.  14 & up are encouraged to participate.

When: We will schedule a time that works for you!
