Included with membership! Our classes are taught by trained professionals who love to help. We appreciate that EVERYONE needs to start somewhere, and we love to welcome new people! If you find out that a class isn’t for you, that’s okay! We have lots to choose from, with many instructors. So let us help you find out the right one. And if it changes, we’ll help with that, too!

|Silver Sneakers Circuit||Bett||Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance with a standing circuit workout. Water Exercise Classes
Our pools are literally a “Fountain Of Youth”! Moving in the water takes off the effects of gravity while helping to develop increased range of motion and strength. Plus, working out and moving in the water is a lot of fun! Our water exercise classes are included with membership!
Plus, our Downtown Davenport location has a warm water therapeutic pool with depths from 3-feet to 5-feet deep to make it even easier to move around and participate.
