Talk about an awesome place to get away! YMCA Camp Abe Lincoln has just about a limitless amount of things to do. Of course we’ve got all the favorites that bring everyone back year after year. Camp is the place to be for horseback riding, shooting a bow and arrow, building a campfire beneath the stars or canoeing through pristine lakes in the heart of mother nature. But Camp also has some new and pretty incredible stuff that your parents would never believe. Ever wanted to travel through a few states just to find the best parks to skateboard and in-line skate? If so, our Skate Extreme Camp is just thing you’re looking for! Ever wanted to take a kayaking trip that covers tons of miles and goes on for four whole days! Our Apostle Island trip is one of the coolest adventures around. We also have trips through the Boundry Waters as well as an adventure that lets you climb through Devil’s Lake State Park in Wisconsin AND spend three days whitewater rafting on the Wolf and Peshtigo rivers. Our older campers will be interested in our Counselor In Training (CIT) programs, which allows experienced campers to get a start on their camp counselor careers.
