What is YX-3?
A 45 min Interval Training Workout that constantly challenges your body to ensure you reach your
maximum level, allowing your body to continue to burn calories and fat for up to 36 hours after class.
Intervals include Free weights, Rowing, TRX workouts and so much more!

Whether your fitness goals are weight loss, a stronger/leaner body or improved endurance, this is the
program for you.
WHO IS A PART OF IT?
These sessions are led by the YX-3 Elite. The best of the best Personal Trainers have been handpicked
and YX-3 certified to have the privilege of teaching. Only YMCA Members can join YX-3. Members of all
fitness levels can benefit from these sessions because your workout is 100% personalized by your trainer
while being supported by the energy of the group.
WHEN CAN I DO IT?
You can participate in a YX-3 session whenever your schedule allows. Several sessions are available
throughout the week. You just need to join YX-3, choose a plan based on how often you want to work
out, then schedule your sessions.
