Clown Around With Us This Summer!

The QC Clown Troupe is bringing inter generational

summer class to the Downtown Davenport YMCA!

What:  Clowning Around Clown Class
          Students will learn some history of clowning,
clown code of ethics, proper makeup application, costuming,
beginning skills of juggling, balloon sculpturing, skits, and magic,
with an overall theme of having fun.

At the Downtown Davenport Family Y
When:   Thursdays beginning June 9th from 6:30 to 8:30 pm
                Final Show:  Saturday, July 30, noon (at North High)
Who:   Anyone! Especiall those ages 10 – 110

Cost: Just $40 for Y Members and $60 for Community
(YMCA Finanacial Assistance is available)

Child Watch
& Y-Pals

Household/Family Members at the Y get an incredible value to membership!

Child Watch is a fun, safe experience for kids up to age 7 while parents/guardians exercise and take classes!
We have a 2-hour limit, and we ask that you please refrain from bringing food
or drinks so that all kids can have an equal experience together!

Come see what Mr. Nate is up to next in Y-Pals!

Y-Pals are trained YMCA Youth Development Leaders who guide and supervise activities
in the afternoons and evenings. Some of the activities are obstacle courses and floor hockey, LARP (Live Action Role Playing).

   Ages: 8-14, drop in*
5 and up is offered in the evenings

(We ask kids to sign in, but they are free to come and go)

   Times: Mon-Thur 4pm - 8pm (Based on need.)
   Locations: Kids Gym, Coaches Corner/Y-Room, Activity Courts,
Downstairs Learning Center
