CHILD WATCH

Free service offered with a household membership!
Child Watch is for children ages 6 weeks – 7 years.

Bettendorf  YMCA Child Watch hours:

  • M W F     8:30am – 11:30am
  • Tu Th      8:30am – 12:30pm

Y FIT KIDS

FREE exercise class for kids ages 7-13! 
Class is on Monday and Wednesday nights at 5:30-6:30pm and Saturdays at 10-11am in the South Gym.


NO SCHOOL DAYS

School In-Service? No problem! We offer activities to the max in a safe and structured environment for your elementary-aged child. Participants will enjoy swimming, arts & crafts, and group interaction. Kids will need to bring a lunch, morning snack, swim suit and towel. Grades K-6th. 7:30am to 5:30pm. $24 for each day

Still University, B.A. Athletic Training– University of Northern Iowa Experience in Personal Training and Wellness: 11 years of experience working with athletes in the areas of athletic training, sports performance, and personal training. I got into Health and Fitness because: I enjoy helping people reach their goals and overcome obstacles. I want to help athletes perform at the highest levels possible and reduce their risk of injury. I also enjoy working with adults to look, feel, and move better. I want to make an impact on others and help them achieve their goals. Areas of Interest: Sports performance, athletes, injury prevention and rehabilitation. Something interesting you may not know about me: I really enjoy spending time with my wife and 2 boys. I also like to golf, fish, and read. My favorite vacation place is hiking the Grand Canyon.

I have been a personal trainer for 5 years. Instructor for Les Mills CX Worx for 1 year. I got into Health and Fitness because: I like to inspire people to better themselves. It is a true passion of mine! Something interesting you may not know about me: I am also a group exercise Instructor for the YMCA. Something interesting you may not know about me: The gym is a major part of my life, but not all of it. I like to practice archery, go on midnight runs, and fix things. On a sunny summer day you can find me Kayaking in Lost Grove Lake, or hiking trails somewhere off the grid. And I’m a BIG superhero fan.
